Welcome to the First Aid Room section for the Northwest Territories.

This section will outline all the regulatory items to set up a regulation First Aid Room within your organization. First Aid Room Regulations

72. A first aid room must be not less than 2.44 m by 3.66 m (8 ft. by 12 ft.) in size and must:

  1. be heated and ventilated;
  2. be supplied with hot and cold water;
  3. have a stainless steel sink, storage cabinet and a cot; and
  4. be equipped with the following first aid supplies:
